  • Who am I?
    I'm Jemima Rose, and I'm a Mindset & Nervous System Coach who specialises in Breathwork.

    I've had my fair share of challenges - Anorexia, anxiety, depression to being diagnosed with an autoimmune dis-ease at 19. To now, 3 years later, growing my online business, running in-person classes + events and travelling to co-facilitate at events.

    I've re-built this from continuing to invest into my growth, learn new skills, heal my nervous system and break the patterns that have kept me stuck.

    I am certified in Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Breathwork and Meditation.

    I combine Neuro linguistic programming (mindset/subconscious work) with Breathwork + Nervous System Work (body) to help you stop the patterns of overthinking, emotionally eating, procrastination and perfectionism.

    THIS^ is what separates me from a typical 'Mindset coach' or 'Breathwork facilitator', because you cannot out-mindset or outsmart a dysregulated Nervous System and you cannot Breathwork your way out of perfectionism. You need the mindset + the nervous system work to create change that *actually* sticks.

    - This program combines mindset AND nervous system work (not just one or the other) to help you change from a neurological level (where change actually sticks). Over the 6 weeks you will begin to create new pathways in your brain...meaning you will experience true behavioural changes. From how you speak to yourself and others, to the way you feel going to the gym. You will feel a noticeable difference in how you show up in your life.

    - Group accountability. There will be daily habits with accountability (in telegram) so that you stop procrastinating, scrolling, avoiding and start to build real self-trust with women who are doing it alongside you.
